Purpose of the Training:

The purpose of the training is to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to conduct and manage effective Quality Management System audits in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011. The workshops in the training content allow the attendees to learn the audit process not only verbally but by practicing it.

Target Group:

Management members who will ensure effective establishment and implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System in organizations, employees involved in implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, auditors and auditor candidates, consultants.

Quality management system

Audit concept, types and resource requirements

Responsibilities and duties of an auditor

Planning, conducting, reporting an audit and disclosure of the auditor's role for follow-up

Asking questions, making interviews, audit findings, reporting
