UNIVERCERT declares and undertakes that:

• No interpretations and evaluations that are not objective shall be made and that any behavior that might negatively affect the customers will be avoided, that they will not be prejudiced and intolerant, and will be treated as impartial and independent within the scope of certification and auditing activities,

• Its management and its personnel shall not engage in any activity that would be contrary to the independence of the certification activities and shall work away from any commercial, financial, and other pressures that may affect the results of the certification activities,

• Members of the Committee to Protect Impartiality, the Documentation Committee, and the Appeals and Grievance Review Committee, which take a part in the implementation of certification, will operate independently of any commercial, financial, and other pressures that may affect their decisions,

• No certification body shall be certified for the purpose of documentation services,

• Its personnel and persons acting on its behalf shall not provide consultancy services to certified establishments,

• Establishments its owners are a partner of or are involved in in any way are not certified,

• No privileges shall be granted to associations, societies, and non-governmental organizations etc. in which its owners are members,

• It will not offer internal audits to its certified customers and will not carry out internal audits,

• It will comply with the current accreditation legislation in order to protect the confidentiality of information obtained during certification activities at all levels, including committees and individuals acting on its behalf,

• Information about the certified establishment or a special product will not be disclosed to third parties without the written consent of the related establishment and that the related establishment will be informed about this information provided if such information is opened to third parties in accordance with laws, regulations, and communiqués,

• The confidentiality and security of all information, records, and documents belonging to the certified customers shall be ensured,

• It will pay all kinds of legal compensation if there are proven damages that may arise from itself,

• The financial resources necessary for the realization of the certification activities shall be maintained and that its continuality shall be ensured,

• The benefiting of services will not depend on the size of the applicant establishment or on the membership of any associations or groups of such applicants and on the number of certified establishments,

• All related parties will be able to access the certification services provided, no unnecessary financial burdens or other conditions shall be imposed in this case, and that all rules and documents complying with them shall be applied in such a way as not to discriminate.
