Purpose of the Training:
The purpose of the training is to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to conduct and manage effective Food Safety Management System audits in accordance with the requirements of ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 19011. The workshops in the training content allow the attendees to learn the audit process not only verbally but by practicing it.
Target Group:
Management members who will ensure effective establishment and implementation of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System in organizations, employees involved in implementation of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, auditors and auditor candidates, consultants.

Food safety management system
Audit concept, types and resource requirements
Responsibilities and duties of an auditor
Planning, conducting, reporting an audit and disclosure of the auditor's role for follow-up

Determination of nonconformities and classification
